Perris is what Andrés and Juan did after Pinks. Same operating idea, different food. Two hot dogs on the menu, American style, two locations in Madrid.
The wrinkle is the subscription. €4.99 a month for one hot dog a day, for thirty days. A small commitment that pays back every afternoon. It is the kind of offer that only works if the product is honest and the menu is short, which is the whole Pinks-and-Perris idea twice over.
We built the site that runs the order and the subscription. Same approach as Pinks. Photography first. Menu as a list, not a grid. Subscribe flow that feels like joining something, because that is what it is.
