I spent the first half of my life in Miami and the second in Madrid. Venezuela was always home. My whole family is from there.

I was going into my third year of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Florida. I left it to bet on Venezuela. Today I'm a cofounder of Propiedash, the property search engine we launched in June 2026, and I lead its marketing and growth.

Where Venezuela buys, sells and rents.

Propiedash launched on 11 June 2026 at 9 PM, during Venezuela's first World Cup match. As of October 2026 more than 1.4 million people have visited it, about 1 in 10 of them from outside the country, and it has listings in all 23 states. It runs on the web, with apps on iOS and Android.

My partI lead marketing and growth: the paid media, the content and the data behind both. I also build what runs under the site, from the database to the admin the team runs the company on. We built Propiedash together: my brother Andrés leads product and technology, Álvaro Posada leads the market, and I lead marketing and growth.
