The story
Propiedash is a real estate marketplace for Venezuela. Agencies, agents and owners publish their properties, and people search them by city, zone and type of property. We launched on June 11, 2026, during Venezuela's first World Cup match.
My brother Andrés builds the storefront, the part people see. I build what runs under it: the database, the admin the company runs on, the pipeline that collects and cleans market data, and the paid media that brings people in.
Since launch it has added apps on the App Store and Google Play, and its listings now cover every state in the country.
