Hearts in Motion is one morning a year. A curated cardio and strength class on Mother's Day, paired with a real fundraising arm. Proceeds go to pediatric solid-tumors research at Boston Children's Hospital, in partnership with the MaxStrong Project and the Nicholas Zoe Foundation.
It is the kind of event a small foundation usually rents in pieces. Eventbrite for tickets. Mailchimp for the list. A separate page for donations. A clipboard for check-in. Three logos and four passwords later, the founder is doing the operations on the morning of the event instead of running it.
We built one site that holds the whole thing. Ticket sales with live inventory. Stripe checkout. A check-in app that works on a phone. Donation flow with tax receipts and thank-you letters that read like she wrote them, because she did. Admin panel underneath so she runs the whole thing herself, the day before, the day of, and the year after.
