The story
The Exuma Pro-Am is a padel tournament played on a floating court at Rosewood Exuma, in the Bahamas. Yntegra Group, the developer behind Rosewood Exuma, hosts it. The second edition runs October 8 to 11, 2026.
I built the site the invitation lives on: the program, the island, the arrival and the RSVP. Behind it there's an admin view where the team sees and manages every RSVP as it comes in, and a branded confirmation email that goes out on its own.
Most guests open it from a phone, so it was built for the phone first. In June it moved to the team's new design and the updated Exuma branding, with a private area for confirmed guests.
